Privacy Policy — The Journey
Updated 12 October 2026
Who is responsible
MBLK Ltd operates Achieve It With Dave and is responsible for how your information is used. Contact solutions@mblk.co.uk for privacy questions or requests.
Information and purposes
When you request free library access, we use your email address and the account, enrolment and progress records created in Systeme.io to provide access, send necessary account emails and maintain your library. We also handle information you provide when asking for support. The platform also records technical information used to operate the pages and provide page-view and signup reports.
Our lawful basis
We rely on legitimate interests to provide and secure the free library you requested and respond to support enquiries. These interests are reliable account access and operating the service. Giving an email address is necessary for an individual library account, but does not itself give permission for promotional emails. Optional promotional or new-episode emails require separate consent; they are not a condition of library access.
Service providers
We use Systeme.io (ITACWT Limited, Ireland) to host the signup page and library and handle enrolment and account emails. Its published privacy policy states that data is hosted by AWS in Ireland. We do not pass your email address to affiliate merchants. If you choose to follow an external link, that website has its own privacy notice.
Retention
Account and progress records are kept while needed to provide your library access. When access ends or you request deletion, we assess what can be erased and what must be retained for legal obligations, unresolved enquiries or protecting the service. Any records retained for those reasons are limited to that purpose. Unsubscribe records may be retained to respect your choice.
Your choices and rights
You can ask for access, correction, deletion or restriction of your information, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and request portability where applicable. These rights depend on the circumstances. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing. Contact solutions@mblk.co.uk; you can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint.
This policy will be updated when the service or its data use changes.
